Fundamentally, what I care about is realizing potential and supporting others to explore, create and liberate the potential for themselves and those around them. But, sometimes creating the changes needed to liberate new potential is not easy.
What I have learnt over the years is that during periods of change and transformation, "where your attention goes your energy flows".
Choosing to pay attention to the inherent positivity in a challenging situation can be very helpful in fostering the positivity and enthusiasm to overcome any barrier.
he following six acts for fostering greater personal positivity can support you in bringing more positivity into your life, work and relationships:
